Helping Improve Your Quality of Sleep
The London Sleep Dental Clinic
Our Services
Tailored to meet your needs
At the London Dental Sleep Clinic we fully assess all our snorers. We can help by providing a non-invasive appliance called a mandibular advancement device (MAD). These devices help position the lower jaw forwards to open up the airway and improve the airflow thus reducing snoring symptoms.
We assess all snorers and screen for Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA). If signs of OSA are detected, it may be recommended that we screen you further using a sleep study. The results are analysed by a sleep physician providing a full report on your sleep study. Where OSA is present, any anti-snoring device will only be provided as part of an integrated treatment plan.
If you’ve experienced jaw pain, clicking, or trouble chewing, you may have Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorder. By carefully assessing your unique case, we will create a tailor-made splint to gently reposition the jaw, reducing tension and allowing the muscles to relax.
We are so pleased to be able to offer our patients the very latest in daytime sleep therapy. eXciteOSA® is intended for the reduction of snoring and mild obstructive sleep apnoea by strengthening tongue muscles via electrical muscle stimulation.
'The world of sleep is incredibly fascinating and I feel so privileged to be able to play a part in the management of sleep-disordered breathing. Improving the quality of someone's sleep is extremely rewarding. The impact of a good night's sleep can be felt not only by the patient but also on their loved ones. I am determined to treat as many patients as I can, my work has only just begun...'
